Paving ”s-RP nano sand “ with the thickness of 0.1～0.2mm, on platform. A part of s-RP nano is cured by the Scanning laser ray.
These cycle is continued ply by ply, then you can get targeted mold directly from data by CAD. s-RP nano provides excellent performance for “high-mix low volume production.”

Lower out-gas against conventional process

Out-gas of RP-700 is less than other materials like quartz and ceramics.
Out-gas level is similar to Shell mold process.
